True Refrigeration TCGG-48-S-HC-LD Description
The True TCGG-48-S-HC-LD full-service deli case holds and displays product on two adjustable white PVC-coated shelves. LED lighting is mounted on the shelves and in the cabinet to brighten the interior, so customers can see the items through the curved front glass. Also made of glass, the rear cabinet doors have 12-inch handles, close on their own, and provide employees with full access. Both the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, providing durability and facilitating cleaning. Since the interior floor has coved corners, it does not leave any crevices that could trap debris.
The refrigeration system in this True TCGG-48-S-HC-LD deli case uses a high-humidity gravity coil to keep deli meats, cheeses, and salads cold and fresh. Ranging from 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit's temperatures are maintained by R134A refrigerant. Ice buildup on the components is removed by a defrost system, which automatically starts on a timer and ends when the time expires. Operators can access the condensing unit from the rear, and due to its slide-out design, it is convenient to service and clean.
