True Refrigeration T-19F-HC Description
This True T-19F-HC reach-in freezer is built with a left-hinged door, so it opens on the right. Cold air leaks are prevented with magnetic gaskets on the door frame. The door is made of durable stainless steel with an interior liner that matches the rest of the cabinet interior, which is finished with an NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner. To resist corrosion, the front exterior is stainless steel while the ends are constructed of aluminum. This refrigerator is mounted on 2 1⁄2-inch castors for mobility.
This commercial refrigerator is designed to hold a cabinet temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit with its R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that runs through a capillary tube system. Cabinet temperatures are evenly distributed with large evaporator fan motor blades that move a high volume of low-velocity air through the cabinet. The True T-19F-HC freezer has an external temperature display that lets users keep an eye on the internal temperature.
Designed to remove dirt, debris, and dust from the condenser coil, the condensing fan motor reverses for 20 seconds upon start up. Because the coil is so integral to overall system function, cleaning it regularly and automatically ensures operation is efficient and reliable. Also reducing the system's energy consumption, this self-cleaning helps to maintain the coldest possible storage temperature. Although the reversing motor lengthens the life of the unit, it won't eliminate routine preventative maintenance recommendations.

This is the best freezer
I've owned a lot of freezers/refrigerators over the last 30 years and this is by far the best one. It holds a constant -10 in the kitchen across from the deep fryers and griddle. The stainless construction is easily cleaned and it has enough shelves for a larger menu. Someone designed it with the busy restaurant in mind and used good materials inside and out. I am ordering a refrigerator to match it.
Nice counter-depth size, looks & works great
I looked at some other upright freezers but they were more than 30" deep and would take up too much space in the narrow room. This one has a nice counter depth and perfect 19 cubic feet size to hold some extra items. So far it works great and cosmetically looks very nice. Something to keep in mind is that the fan is quite loud (but pleasant), and sometimes the door can take some strength to open if you try to open it immediately after closing it (there is a suction effect). The wheels are not practical because it will move around a lot when opening the door. It's better to just have it flat on the ground. Overall very nice, I would buy it again.
