The True STG1DT-2HS-HC one-section refrigerator freezer has six wire shelves with an epoxy coating that resists corrosion, while LED lighting enhances visibility so operators can find the ingredients they need. Constructed of aluminum and stainless steel, the unit is strong and corrosion resistant. Its doors are hinged on the left with durable handles on the right, and they can self-close or stay open past 120 degrees for loading and unloading.

This True STG1DT-2HS-HC one-section refrigerator freezer has one independently operating, self-contained refrigeration system for each section. These systems are top mounted to prevent floor debris from getting sucked in, and the refrigerator operates between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while the freezer maintains a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Each section has an external digital temperature display, and since the freezer's evaporator gets extremely cold, its defrost system removes frost that forms from condensation buildup. These defrost cycles begin on a timer and end when the evaporator temperature is low enough for optimal operation.

Best used when combined with routine preventative maintenance, the fan motor reverses for 20 seconds after the compressor is turned on. It's a self-cleaning feature, designed to blow off excess dust and debris from the condensing coil. A clean coil ensures the unit operates using less energy and more efficiency.
