The True STA2F-2S-HC Spec Series® two-section freezer provides ideal storage space for ice cream and frozen foods. Product can sit on six wire shelves that have gaps between their rails to encourage airflow. The fan motors for the evaporator and condenser push a consistent amount of air around the cabinet, and this increased airflow helps keep all items in the freezer evenly cooled at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent heat from being absorbed, the unit is fully insulated with polyurethane foam, and magnetic gaskets seal the door frames. Employees can check the internal temperature on the external display, which gives readouts in Fahrenheit or Celsius.

When the condenser fan motor starts up in this unit, it runs in reverse for 20 seconds, blowing debris, dirt, and dirt off the condensing coil. With this regular cleaning of the coil, the refrigeration system keeps storage temperature consistent, operates efficiently, and reduces energy use.
