Both the white aluminum interior liner and stainless steel floor are durable, and the exterior is black laminated vinyl to resist chipping and peeling. To increase energy efficiency and keep cold air inside, the door contains three panes of thermal-insulated glass. Magnetic gaskets help seal the door shut, preventing cold air from escaping, and this gasket can be removed for cleaning.

The high-capacity, balanced refrigeration system maintains a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit to preserve ice cream and other frozen foods. This True GDM-26F-HC~TSL01 glass door display freezer cools with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Condenser coils on the bottom simplify cleaning, while the automatic defrost system is time initiated and temperature terminated to ensure the merchandiser runs properly.

The refrigeration system in this unit has a reversing condensing fan motor that blows debris, dust, and dirt off the condenser coil upon start up for 20 seconds. When the coil is subjected to automatic, regular cleanings, the unit operates efficiently with reduced energy consumption.
