The TurboChef I3-TC 208-240/60/3 I3 Touch convection/microwave oven provides fast cooking performance without giving up good food quality while demanding little space and consuming less energy. The oven's touch controls make storing up to 200 recipes easy on the smart menu system. The oven updates firmware by USB and is programmable by USB or a smart card. Self-diagnostics run on the oven for monitoring components and performance to help you maintain your equipment. Independently-controlled dual motors coordinated by the control system has vertically-recirculated air impingement so air is focused directly onto the product for a quicker cooking time.. The TurboChef I3-TC 208-240/60/3 I3 Touch convection/microwave oven is field-configurable for a three-phase operation.
