TurboChef I3-TC Description
The TurboChef I3-TC high speed countertop microwave convection oven has a control system that coordinates independently controlled dual motors for vertically recirculated air impingement on the top and bottom for air circulation. A stirrer helps ensure the air and microwave energy are evenly distributed. The simple and intuitive touch controls are simple to operate, and the system is programmable through a USB or smart card. The smart menu system is capable of storing up to 200 recipes for user convenience.
The TurboChef I3-TC high speed countertop microwave convection oven is compact and designed to maximize use of limited workspace. The oven measures 24 1⁄2 inches wide, 31 1⁄4 inches deep, and 21 1⁄4 inches high. It can run self-diagnostics to monitor components and performance for issues.
