TurboChef FIRE Description
The TurboChef FIRE countertop pizza oven is made of 430 stainless steel and has a powder-coated, corrosion-resistant steel outer wrap and door. Its double-wall insulated interior can hold 14-inch-diameter pizzas, and the top and bottom heat can be controlled individually for precise cooking. Heated by a built-in catalytic converter and filtration, it operates without a vent. The catalytic converter prevents grease-laden vapors and smoke from being emitted.
The bottom access panel is removable, facilitating maintenance and cleanup, and six preset timers are included to cook pizzas that have varying baking times. The TurboChef FIRE comes with one stainless steel paddle and two 14-inch-diameter aluminum pizza screens.
