The 3M Cuno SF18-S water filtration system inhibits scale formation and corrosion in high-temperature food service equipment such as steam tables, coffee brewers, proofers, and dishwashers. Using a proportioning, force-fed orifice, the filter carefully meters a unique high-temperature scale inhibitor to sequester minerals that cause hardness in water. This process ensures internal components are protected from buildup, promoting energy efficiency and prolonging life of equipment.
