Equipex PZ-431S Description
The Equipex PZ-431S countertop pizza oven enables users to monitor cooking with an interior light and a see-through glass door. In a short three to six minutes, this unit can hold and cook one 16-inch frozen or fresh pizza. This oven has two thermostats—one is adjustable to 660 degrees Fahrenheit, and one is located under the deck to bake thin and thick crusts to perfection.
Controlled with straightforward knobs, the Equipex PZ-431S countertop pizza oven includes a 15-minute timer and a continuous cooking feature. This unit preheats in 10 to 12 minutes and features a fire brick stone deck that distributes the heat. Great for any operation, this oven can be used in pizza shops, pubs, snacks bars, and fast food settings.
