Equipex PANINI XL Description
The Equipex PANINI XL commercial sandwich grill has a 14-inch by 14-inch grill area, providing space for high-volume cooking. Made of heavy cast iron, the surface is dense and retains heat for long periods of time. Designed with grooves in the top plate, the unit leaves grill marks in food, while the smooth bottom plate eases the cleaning process.
Because the Equipex PANINI XL panini press operates with a regulating thermostat, users can adjust the heat level to suit the product, and the maximum temperature setting is 570 degrees Fahrenheit. Using the mode selector switch, the operator can set the heat to the top and bottom platens, just the top, or just the bottom. After the operator chooses the mode, a green light comes on until the unit is shut off, and when the grill is heating up, a red light illuminates.
