Equipex PANINI XL/1 Description
Great for grilling meats and vegetables or toasting sandwiches, the Equipex PANINI XL/1 panini press has a grooved top plate and a smooth bottom plate. The top plate leaves grill marks on food, while the bottom plate acts as a griddle surface and streamlines cleaning. As the top plate is lowered onto the food, it balances to provide even heat contact with the entire product. Users can set the unit to operate with heat on the top and bottom, just the top, or just the bottom, and the temperature is adjustable as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit.
