Designed with a flat glass cool door, the BKI VGG-16-F electric rotisserie oven accommodates up to 80 chickens weighing 3 pounds each, cooking them in 75 minutes. Ideal for high-volume supermarkets and restaurants, the pass-thru configuration permits staff to load raw food from one side and retrieve cooked items retrieved from the other, minimizing cross-contamination risks. A bright touchscreen controller supports one-touch operation with 15 programmable menu modes, including preheat and hold functions for consistent results. The bilingual interface can be set to English or Spanish, while sensors stop rotation when doors are opened.
