The BKI VGG-16-C-PT electric pass-thru rotisserie oven features a double-deck configuration that can cook up to 80 chickens weighing 3 pounds each. This pass-thru design enables raw product loading from the back and cooked product retrieval from the front, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
