Built with a fully insulated stainless steel body, the Cres Cor RR-1332-DE full-size cook and hold oven delivers consistent performance for roasting, baking, rethermalizing, and holding. This roll-in, single-cavity oven accepts one universal angle rack and holds 32 pans measuring 13 inches by 26 inches, with a total capacity of 150 pounds. The electric convection system can reach a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Solid state digital controls with an easy-to-read LED display provide precise temperature and humidity management, while the power boosting switch offers flexibility to adjust airflow based on cooking requirements. The ventless design simplifies installation without the need for external ventilation, making it suitable for a variety of kitchen environments.
The Cres Cor RR-1332-DE cook and hold oven features smooth interior coved corners for easy cleaning and prevention of grease buildup. The solid door is equipped with a high-temperature ceramic magnetic latch and a silicone gasket for a proper seal, while the antimicrobial latch minimizes the spread of germs. The oven is constructed with an internal framework of welded 14-gauge stainless steel channels for added durability.
