The oven features deluxe LED controls with 18 programmable menu options, and the included 6-inch food probe ensures precise cooking results. The retherm and hold cycles support both reheating precooked meals and slow roasting, while the slow convected air system promotes even browning and retains natural moisture. Operating at 8 kilowatts, this unit reaches a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a ventless design for easy installation without requiring external ventilation.
