This Cres Cor H-339-188C hot cabinet can hold prepared meals at safe serving temperatures and transport pans between the kitchen and serving areas. Sized for low-volume applications, this 23 7⁄8-inch-wide by 32 1⁄4-inch-deep by 36 11⁄16-inch-high unit includes eight removable wire pan supports, which can hold a maximum of eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Its four 5-inch swivel modulus casters can round corners and reverse, while its two casters with brakes secure it in place as pans are loaded or unloaded. This corrosion-resistant, hi-tensile aluminum cabinet includes a strong internal frame for structural rigidity and an extended base that protects the body from impact. To ensure it remains closed during transport, its field-reversible door includes a twist-lock catch.

Three inner-wall heaters generate temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the Cres Cor H-339-188C half-height hot cabinet's interior for even heat distribution. Fiberglass insulation built into the cabinet retains set temperatures in cool environments and when the door is opened for short periods of time. Operators can adjust temperatures using the solid-state thermostat, which is located on the top-mounted control panel. Its analog thermometer displays an accurate temperature readout so users can ensure the cabinet's interior temperatures remain consistent.
