Designed to roast, reheat, and hold, this mobile convection oven uses solid state process controls for precise temperature management. It holds (5) 18-inch by 26-inch pans, adjustable on 1 1⁄2-inch centers, and includes two nickel chrome-plated steel grids for flexible food arrangement
