Cres Cor CO-151-HUA-6DE-STK Description
The Cres Cor CO-151-HUA-6DE-STK stacked half-size cook and hold oven features solid-state process controls with an LED digital display for precise temperature management. Its slow convected air system promotes natural browning and seals in juices, while the ventless design allows for installation without external ventilation. Constructed of stainless steel with smooth coved corners, the oven is designed for durability and easy cleaning. Each cavity is equipped with a top-mounted power unit to ensure consistent airflow and even heat distribution. The unit also includes an 18-gauge stainless steel worktop for added prep space.
Designed for high-capacity cooking, the Cres Cor CO-151-HUA-6DE-STK cook and hold oven holds 12 pans, six per compartment, on universal slides adjustable at 1 1⁄2-inch centers. Each compartment includes three nickel chrome-plated wire grids. Field-reversible insulated doors with silicone gaskets minimize heat loss, while anti-microbial latches enhance food safety during operation and transport. Mounted on 5-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, the oven is mobile and accommodates up to 240 pounds of food in a compact floor footprint.
