The Cres Cor CO-151-FW-UA-12D full-size cook-and-hold oven provides users with dual functionality, making it possible for food to be prepared and held in the same machine without needing to be carried across a busy kitchen for transfer into a separate holding cabinet. To promote sanitary use, the oven's interior corners are coved, and the latches are enhanced with an antimicrobial to resist the spread of germs on commonly handled surfaces. Its non-vented design can be installed without adding or modifying any building ductwork, making setup fast and efficient.

Designed with a 22-gauge stainless steel cabinet, the Cres Cor CO-151-FW-UA-12D full-size cook-and-hold oven is resistant to rust and scratches, making it a good choice for high-volume applications.
