Cres Cor 500-HH-SS-DX Description
The Cres Cor 500-HH-SS-DX undercounter heated holding cabinet has one fully-insulated compartment to keep products at optimal serving temperatures. There is a powerful heating system built to maintain hot and fresh temperatures; this model heats up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Electronic controls with an LED digital display provide the user access to all the cabinet’s functions.
This model has an internal frame in the body and doors, which provides stability in the structure and makes it easy to use. The insulated door has anti-microbial latches that work against the spreading of germs. This Cres Cor 500-HH-SS-DX undercounter heated holding cabinet model has four casters, two of which have brakes. The mobility allows the unit to be used to transport and hold meals at catered events or placed into any kitchen’s natural workflow.
