Cres Cor 1000-CH-SS-2DE Description
The Cres Cor 1000-CH-SS-2DE full-size cook and hold oven accepts (16) 18-inch-by-26-inch pans on stainless steel angle pan slides. Constructed of stainless steel and fiberglass insulation, the interior is durable and retains heat. A silicone gasket around the door creates a tight seal. Vent tabs inside the door allow the operator to release humidity from the cabinet as needed. Temperatures in the Cres Cor 1000-CH-SS-2DE full-size cook and hold oven range from 140 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can monitor the temperature on the digital display.
