Fitted with nine epoxy-coated steel shelves on adjustable shelf clips, the Everest Refrigeration ESR3 three-section reach-in refrigerator has 71 cubic feet of storage capacity. Each section is accessible through the three full-length doors, and their locks prevent unauthorized product retrieval. Stored items are visible under the bright LED lights. The refrigerator’s heavy-duty stainless steel structure and galvanized steel top, bottom, and rear panels enhance cleanup and corrosion resistance. Measuring 74 3⁄4 inches wide by 31 5⁄8 inches deep by 74 1⁄4 inches high, this unit sits on four swivel casters for mobility.
The Everest Refrigeration ESR3 refrigerator’s 2 1⁄2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation and use of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant ensure the holding temperature stays between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can set a specific temperature via the multi-function digital controller, which comes with a display for monitoring purposes. The self-contained refrigeration system operates with a self-maintaining condensate drain pan and auto defrost cycle to eliminate water and ice buildup.
