Everest Refrigeration ESR2D4 Description
Measuring 49 5⁄8 inches wide by 31 5⁄8 inches deep by 74 1⁄4 inches high, the Everest Refrigeration ESR2D4 two-section reach-in refrigerator has a 48-cubic-foot interior capacity with four adjustable steel shelves. The unit is made of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners and features a reach-in design with two half-height doors and four drawers. To prevent cold air from escaping the cabinet, the doors and drawers have magnetic snap-in gaskets. For smooth mobility when cleaning, maintenance, or relocation is needed, the unit has four 5-inch swivel casters.
The Everest Refrigeration ESR2D4 refrigerator is digitally controlled with a temperature display, and operators can adjust the holding temperature between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperature levels remain constant with the support of polyurethane foam insulation and the use of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Featuring a self-contained refrigeration system for quick, simple installation, this refrigerator uses a condensate drain pan to eliminate excess water and an automatic defrost system to prevent ice formation on important coils, such as the large-capacity condenser and evaporator coils.
