Everest Refrigeration ESR2D2 Description
With a heavy-duty stainless steel structure and galvanized steel top, bottom, and rear panels, the Everest Refrigeration ESR2D2 two-section reach-in refrigerator has rounded corners for streamlined cleaning. The 48-cubic-foot interior is divided into two sections with two drawers and two doors, and the drawers and doors are built with recessed handles and magnetic gaskets. For optimal storage, the cabinet has five steel shelves with adjustable shelf clips and LED lighting for product visibility. This unit is fitted with four swivel casters for mobility, and the front set locks for stability when stationary.
The Everest Refrigeration ESR2D2 refrigerator sustains temperatures between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit with R290 refrigerant and 2 1⁄2 inches of polyurethane insulation. Operators can set and adjust the holding temperature with the digital control panel, and the included display enables temperature monitoring. Equipped with a self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system, this unit operates with a condensate drain pan and time-initiated, temperature-terminated defrost system.
