The Everest Refrigeration ESR2 two-section reach-in refrigerator is constructed of stainless steel and features a galvanized steel top, bottom, and rear; the unit’s construction is corrosion resistant and is durable enough to withstand high-volume use. The two solid doors feature magnetic gaskets, field-reversible hinges, and a self-closing design, and these doors can be locked for product security. The 48-cubic-foot interior space is fitted with six epoxy-coated steel shelves and LED lighting.

The Everest Refrigeration ESR2 refrigerator’s digital controls provide access to the defrost, temperature, and display settings. The internal temperature can be adjusted between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit, while the electronic controller displays an accurate temperature readout. To reduce time loss caused by maintenance, the defrost system automatically operates based on a timer and terminates when the optimal temperature is reached. To ensure a consistent and safe holding temperature, the unit is insulated with polyurethane foam and equipped with ECM fan motors.
