With a two-section, pass-thru design, the Everest Refrigeration ESPT-SG-2S refrigerator can be a valuable addition to cold storage, as it offers 48 cubic feet of interior space and provides both kitchen and wait staff access to the interior to streamline food production. Overall, this unit is constructed of stainless steel, a dent-, corrosion-, and rust-resistant metal that can withstand persistent use. To provide a clear view of stored items, the cabinet in equipped with silicone-coated and shatter-resistant LED lights and the two front doors are made of UV-reflective, double-pane glass.

The Everest Refrigeration ESPT-SG-2S pass-thru refrigerator’s two rear doors are made of stainless steel, and all four doors have a self-closing design and magnetic snap-in door gaskets to provide a tight closure. They have field-reversible hinges to optimize installation and recessed door handles to provide an airtight seal. This unit can safely store refrigerated inventory, as it has a temperature holding range between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has a self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes R290 refrigerant to achieve cool conditions. Operators can program desired temperatures using the multi-functional digital controls.
