The interior of the Everest Refrigeration ESPT-1S-1S pass-thru refrigerator can be accessed through the front and back through two solid stainless steel doors, making it ideal for center placement in a kitchen area, as it permits simultaneous access for kitchen and wait staff. The interior spans 23 cubic feet and offers staff three adjustable, epoxy-coated steel wire shelves for item storage. Each door has a recessed handle to provide a firm grip without interrupting the flow of kitchen or workspace traffic. The interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel to withstand the wear and tear of commercial use.

To provide a clear view of stored items, the Everest Refrigeration ESPT-1S-1S pass-thru refrigerator’s interior is fitted with silicone-coated and shatter-resistant LED lighting. This unit has a full-length air duct system to evenly distribute cold air throughout the cabinet. This refrigerator has a temperature holding range between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit and relies on eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain its setting. To avoid frost accumulation in the cabinet, this unit has a time-initiated, temperature-terminated auto defrost system.
