To present a clear view of stored items, the Everest Refrigeration ESGR1 reach-in refrigerator’s interior is fitted with silicone-coated, shatter-resistant LED lights and can be seen through the UV-reflective, double-pane glass door. The interior and exterior have a stainless steel construction that's resistant to dents, corrosion, and rust. The exterior corners are rounded to lessen impact damage and avoid staff injury. The aluminum door frame has an easy-to-clean matte finish, and the door is equipped with a die-cast handle to provide a comfortable grip. To keep cool air from escaping the cabinet, the door has a self-closing design and magnetic door gasket for an airtight closure.

For versatile storage, the Everest Refrigeration ESGR 1 reach-in refrigerator offers four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves, which can be adjusted as needed using the stainless steel clips. To evenly circulate cold air around shelf items, this unit has a full-length air duct system and relies on eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold cool conditions. The refrigeration system is self-contained to simplify maintenance and installation and is top mounted to keep integral mechanisms away from floor debris that could harm performance over time. The system is supported by an auto-defrost system that works to prevent frost accumulation in the cabinet.
