This Everest Refrigeration EGSH2 reach-in refrigerator is a compact unit ideal for locations looking to expand common cool storage. Its interior spans 23 cubic feet and is divided into two segments via the half-height doors. These are self-closing, and the top has double-paned glass while the bottom is solid metal. Additionally, these can be locked to prevent theft. The interiors include four epoxy-coated steel wire shelves that can be adjusted as needed. LED lighting illuminates the space.
Atop the Everest Refrigeration EGSH2 one-section refrigerator is its self-contained refrigeration system, positioned to maximize the interior space. This system utilizes R290 refrigerant, an environmentally safe and efficient alternative to traditional refrigerants. The automatic defrost system functions at scheduled intervals, while the condensate drain pan works daily and self-sufficiently to collect droplets. Staff must access the digital controller to set the desired holding temperature from -10 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit.
