Cadco XAF-133 Description
The Cadco XAF-133 electric convection oven features a double-wall, cool-touch glass door that boosts heat retention to maintain a 175 to 500-degree-Fahrenheit range through long cycles. An LED door light enables quick checks, while manual controls include a 60-minute timer and continuous-on setting for small portions or back-to-back batches. Supporting staggered layouts, it houses four shelves that fit four half-size sheet pans. The EL080 auxiliary pump kit eases water connection. Made of Dura-Body stainless steel, this black countertop unit measures 23 5⁄8 inches wide by 28 1⁄8 inches deep by 20 inches high and resists surface wear from constant use.
