Cadco XAF-133 Description
The Cadco XAF-133 half-size countertop convection oven holds four half-size sheet pans with 3 inches of spacing between each shelf. A fan moves air throughout the cavity, and the airflow pattern evenly heats product. Time, temperature, and humidity are manually controlled, and the timer can be set to 60 minutes or run continuously. Oven cavity insulation retains heat, while the durable stainless steel construction resists corrosion. An auxiliary water pump comes with the unit, so it can be connected to a water tank.
For user safety, the Cadco XAF-133 countertop convection oven is built with a double-wall glass door that remains cool to the touch during use. This door also features an LED light. The unit features high-temperature motor bearings and is built with a heavy-duty door and hinge construction. To cook a variety of items, the temperature can be set between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
