Featuring an insulated design, it boosts heat retention to stabilize the interior between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while built-in lighting improves visibility throughout cooking. Its 23 3⁄5-inch-wide by 26 7⁄8-inch-deep by 21 1⁄2-inch-high stainless steel body incorporates a "cool touch" double-wall glass door to protect hands from high temperatures. Water pump humidity introduces moisture to preserve product texture.
