Cadco CMLB-CSLP Description
The Cadco CMLB-CSLP warming cabinet is perfect for self-serve buffet lines, including breakfast stations. It comes with two half-size pans, one third-size pan, and three clear lids. These polycarbonate lids have slots for holding utensils out of food for simple serving. The stainless top can be removed to create a warming shelf, ensuring food stays warm. The bottom warming cabinet includes doors, making it an excellent plate holder. Temperatures are changed by two heat controls, one for the cabinet and the other for the top warming shelf. To prevent accidents, the Cadco CMLB-CSLP warming cabinet has safety signal lights to alert the user when temperature is out of the 155- to 205-degree Fahrenheit range.
