Cadco CBC-DC Description
The Cadco CBC-DC mobile demo and sampling cart has an open base with a storage drawer and three storage shelves. It’s made of stainless steel for a professional and durable appearance in hotels or buffets. The unit’s rubber bumpers protect it from impact against equipment or nearby walls, and it becomes mobile with a set of four casters—two with brakes and two with directional locks—that roll silently to limit distractions. It features two plating drawers to support napkins, dinnerware, and any other items.
The Cadco CBC-DC demo and sampling cart features a warming surface top that can be removed for maintenance. The unit’s pan holder supports two 2 1⁄2-inch half-size steam pans and features a Tritan™ copolyester lid featuring sturdy metal hinges. A sneeze guard made of polycarbonate and stainless steel protect items on display from contaminants.
