The Vitamix Commercial 075072-ABAP Immersi-Prep™ immersion blender supports blending volumes from 15 to 40 gallons, making it suitable for preparing soups, sauces, dressings, and purées in high-output settings. The unit includes an 18-inch detachable wand that reaches into large vessels and secures to the motor assembly for stable use during blending. Once removed, the wand can be cleaned and stored efficiently. Three speed settings provide flexibility for achieving desired consistency across a variety of ingredients, while the continuous run feature supports uninterrupted operation without holding a trigger. Its 12-foot power cord increases reach across commercial kitchen layouts, and a wall mount is included for storage between uses. This unit comes in a black finish and is equipped with a 2.3-horsepower motor.
