The Vitamix Commercial 075071-ABAP Immersi-Prep™ immersion blender includes a detachable 16-inch wand that reaches into tall blending containers for processing volumes from 10 to 28 gallons. It includes a 12-foot power cord that increases reach around commercial prep stations, and a wall mount that keeps the wand and motor assembly organized between uses. The wand detaches from the motor assembly for cleaning and compact storage, while the black finish provides a uniform appearance across the Immersi-Prep line. Designed for large-scale production of soups, salad dressings, sauces, and other liquid-based foods, this unit offers three speed settings to support a wide range of ingredient consistencies and batch textures. The continuous run feature enables uninterrupted operation without requiring the operator to hold down a control switch, helping reduce physical strain during longer blending tasks.
