Two 3 1⁄2-quart freezing cylinders and two 8-quart hoppers generate (128) 10-ounce drinks per hour, and a lit signage area showcases available selections from a distance. Set on 4-inch legs, the 16 1⁄2-inch-wide by 26-inch-deep by 29-inch-high stainless steel build provides even elevation for accessible cleaning underneath the unit. A water-cooled, self-contained refrigeration system diffuses R448A refrigerant to remove excess heat, while manual controls and a pull knob enable straightforward operation.
