Bakers Pride P48-BL Description
Part of the Hearthbake series, the Bakers Pride P48-BL pizza oven is a countertop model with two baking compartments. These 20.75-inch-wide by 20.75-inch-deep by 7-inch-high chambers feature a Cordierite ceiling and two brick-lined Cordierite hearth decks—great for efficient heating and rapid recovery. Overall, it measures 30 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 34.5 inches high. To streamline cleaning beneath the unit, it's mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs. This pizza deck is fully insulated to minimize heat loss and optimize efficiency.
Built to provide long-term durability and corrosion resistance, the Bakers Pride P48-BL countertop deck oven features a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior. It has a temperature range of 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and a 60-minute timer with a continuous-ring alarm and manual shutoff. To melt cheese consistently and create crispy crusts, this unit's top and bottom incoloy heating elements are independently controlled.
