Bakers Pride DP-2 Description
Featuring a set of controls for each bake chamber, the Bakers Pride DP-2 countertop pizza oven is equipped with a 15-minute electric timer, ready-on oven indicator lights, manual shutoffs, and a thermostat that ranges from 284 to 680 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit's front, sides, top, door, and tubular door handle are made of durable, type 430 stainless steel to extend its service life. Overall, the pizza oven measures 26 inches in width by 28 inches in depth by 24 inches in height. The unit's aluminized steel interior is welded to provide a single unitized body, and the whole oven is insulated with 1 1⁄2-inch-thick industrial-grade insulation.
Each hearth stone deck in the Bakers Pride DP-2 commercial oven measures 20 3⁄4 inches by 20 3⁄4 inches by 1⁄2-inch thick. This unit is heated by tubular heating elements on the top and bottom, and its brick lining enhances top heat intensity while streamlining recovery. Designed with compact dimensions, the oven is made for countertop placement.
