Garland UTGG48-GT48M Description
Powered by LP gas, the Garland UTGG48-GT48M countertop griddle features a piezo pilot ignition system. Its temperature can be adjusted from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit with snap-action thermostatic controls, and each U-shaped burner is controlled individually to create different cooking zones. Made of polished steel, the plate is easy to clean and measures 1 inch thick to withstand repeated heating and cooling. To further speed up cleaning, the unit is equipped with a 4-inch-wide grease trough.
Durable to support rigorous use, the front, sides, and back of the Garland UTGG48-GT48M gas griddle are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This metal also defends against scratching or denting and is simple to clean. Its 4-inch legs are also constructed of stainless steel and can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces. As countertop unit, this griddle measures 47 1⁄4 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 13 inches high.
