Measuring 35 7⁄16 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 13 inches high, the Garland UTGG36-GT36M commercial griddle is designed for countertop use. To account for uneven flooring, its 4-inch legs can be adjusted. It cooks at temperatures ranging from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and each burner is controlled individually with a snap-action thermostat. Powered by natural gas, this unit features a piezo pilot ignition system and has an output of 84,000 BTUs.
Featuring a griddle plate measuring 1 inch thick, the Garland UTGG36-GT36M countertop griddle is designed to withstand repeated heating and cooling. Because it’s made of polished steel, it won’t harbor stuck-on residue, making it fast and simple to clean. The unit’s back, front, and sides are constructed of stainless steel to provide long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance. To streamline end-of-day cleanup, it features a 4-inch-wide grease trough.
