Garland GTGG48-GT48M Description
The Garland GTGG48-GT48M gas griddle uses piezo pilot igniters to light each burner, each of which is spaced every 12 inches and has its own thermostat controls ranging from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. With a 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate, the unit holds heat well for continuous cooking, while the front, sides, and back are constructed of stainless steel, including 4-inch adjustable legs and a 4-inch-wide grease trough to accommodate excess grease. Able to connect from the rear or by flush-mount, "T" gas manifold connection accepts LP gas.
