The Garland GTGG36-GT36M gas griddle reaches temperatures between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit with precise thermostat controls for every 12 inches of griddle surface. With a stainless steel construction, this griddle works great in restaurants, and its 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate holds heat better than thinner options. For stability the unit is mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs, and to accommodate excess waste, this item has a 4-inch-deep grease trough and large grease drawer. A piezo pilot ignition system can quickly light burners as needed.
