The Chef & Sommelier T0421 oyster fork's Lazzo design features gentle curves on its tapered handle for a timeless look that complements decorative and minimalist place settings. The Lazzo pattern is known for its universal look, so it can easily be worked in with existing flatware. This 5 5⁄8-inch-long piece features an elongated handle that's comfortable for guests to hold when they loosen meat from oyster shells or lift shrimp from cocktail glasses. Compatible with high-end restaurants and hotel dining rooms, this 18/10 stainless steel fork is the highest grade available for stainless steel flatware and is more expensive than 18/8 and 18/0 flatware. Because it contains 18 percent chrome and 10 percent nickel, it's highly resistant to bending and rusting.
