Moffat E31D4 Description
The Moffat E31D4 half-size convection oven operates at temperatures from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a 180-minute countdown timer and 999-minute time count mode for slow cooking and holding. An alarm at the end of the time cycle has adjustable volume. LED digital temperature and time display on the electronic control panel eases monitoring, and the unit runs in manual or programmable modes.
Four half-size sheet pans or hotel pans fit in the porcelain-enamel interior, and the single-direction, low-velocity fan moves air throughout the cabinet to evenly heat product. A lamp brightens the interior to enhance visibility, while this Moffat E31D4 half-size convection oven has a left-hinged, field-reversible door. Staying cool to the touch, the exterior and handle reduce burn risks.
