Hoshizaki WR27B-D2 Description
TheWR27B-D2 worktop refrigerator's two heavy-duty, stainless steel drawers offer the necessary space to thoroughly organize this unit's 7.21-cubic-foot interior. The top drawer can fit one 12-inch by 20-inch full-size pan and two fourth-sized pans, while the bottom drawer holds one full-size pan. Great for holding bulk inventory, these drawers feature a flush-fitting, one-piece gasket that limits cold air escape. The entire cabinet and drawers are foamed in place with 2-inch, CFC-free, polyurethane for further temperature retention. This unit sits on four 6-inch casters, easing movement even when filled.
This Hoshizaki WR27B-D2 worktop refrigerator's self-purposed refrigeration system holds temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. The capillary tube that facilitates the cold air operates efficiently in ambient temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit's integrated defrost system reduces frost development on integral parts, while the hot gas condensate removal reduces water buildup.
