Hoshizaki UF27B-LP Description
With an ADA-accessible design constructed of stainless steel, the Hoshizaki UF27B-LP undercounter freezer has a small frame designed to fit beneath solid countertops. It’s 6.21 cubic-foot cavity offers ample space for cold storage and comes with one adjustable shelf made of anodized aluminum. Once staff members are done pulling product, this one-section space is sealed with a stainless steel door that self closes, is field reversible, and features a stay-open design. This freezer is equipped with four 2 1⁄4-inch casters to heighten mobility and features insulation around the cavity and door to ensure food-safe temperatures.
The Hoshizaki UF27B-LP freezer chest preserves food items with -10 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit temperatures and does so with an advanced air circulation system and rear-mounted refrigeration system. This refrigeration unit includes an enamel-coated evaporator that initiates hot gas removal—that’s protected with timed defrosts—and a capillary tubing system that spreads R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
