Traulsen ULT27-R Description
The Traulsen ULT27-R one-section undercounter freezer fits under a counter, providing cold storage for tight spaces and prep areas. It can be set to operate at any temperature between -5 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the refrigeration system is self-contained, the components are built together to support installation and servicing. The system breathes from the front, so it does not require clearances at the sides.
The cabinet in this Traulsen ULT27-R undercounter freezer houses two powder-coated shelves. Their wire design has gaps that encourage complete, even airflow, and because they are adjustable, they can accommodate a variety of products. Insulation is foamed in place to keep cold air in the unit and maintain the set temperature. Able to close on its own when partially opened, the right-hinged door stays open at 105 degrees for convenient loading and unloading. This freezer is made of aluminum and stainless steel, providing strength and corrosion resistance to support heavy use.
