Hoshizaki R1A-HG Description
The single section in the Hoshizaki R1A-HG Steelheart reach-in refrigerator houses three epoxy-coated shelves, and their wire construction ensures cold air reaches all stored items. Its cabinet is accessible through two half-height doors; this arrangement minimizes cold air loss by separating the interior into smaller sections. These doors have glass windows, so users can see inside and find what they need before opening the doors and releasing cold air. Self-closing to retain cold air, the doors can stay open when users stock the cabinet with product.
Mounted on top of the cabinet, the refrigeration system in this Hoshizaki R1A-HG one-section reach-in refrigerator is separated from dust and dirt on the floor. It has a unique cabinet airflow that promotes even circulation, preventing hot spot formation. The system has digital controls, so operators can adjust the temperature, and it can be monitored via the digital display.
