Hoshizaki PR46A Description
Built for preparing pizzas, the Hoshizaki PR46A pizza prep table has a full-width cutting board and storage capability both in the worktop and within the cabinet. Ideal for storing pepperoni, sausage, cheese, and other popular pizza toppings, the table can hold six third-size pans. Enabling chefs to store additional ingredients or toppings for later, its cabinet has two adjustable shelves and 11 cubic feet of storage space.
The cabinet of the Hoshizaki PR46A commercial pizza table is made primarily of stainless steel, offering considerable dent and scratch resistance as well as protection from rust or corrosion. Helping seal in cold air, the table is foamed with two inches of polyurethane insulation. To maximize kitchen space, the prep table’s front air intake lets kitchen staff position it flush against other surfaces.
